Environmental Protection
Measures for Employee Working Environment and Personal Safety Protection
Our company is committed to the "7S" initiative, which aims to provide employees with a clean environment. We have also established a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Office to promote and manage worker safety and health. Additionally, we have obtained international Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001 certification, ensuring our employees a safe and healthy working environment.

Access Control Security
Our company building is equipped with a strict access control and surveillance system both during the day and at night.
Facility Safety
1. After confirmation, our company does not fall under the category of workplaces subject to legal requirements for entertainment, public facilities, or danger notices.
2. The Occupational Safety Department annually formulates an "Automatic Inspection Plan" in accordance with the "Automatic Inspection Operation Procedure." The Occupational Health and Safety Committee conducts quarterly meetings to review the effectiveness of the automatic inspections.
Environmental Hygiene
The Occupational Safety Department conducts monthly spot checks on environmental, safety, health, and conservation items to ensure compliance with 7S operational standards in the workplace. Any anomalies are tracked and addressed accordingly.
Fire Safety
1.In accordance with the Fire Safety Regulations, a comprehensive fire protection system has been established. This includes alarm systems, firewater systems, evacuation systems, fire extinguishers, and more.
2.Fire Equipment Inspection: The fire safety manager conducts monthly inspections and records for fire extinguishers and equipment. Additionally, by fire safety regulations, specialized professionals are commissioned to inspect and report on the fire safety equipment within the premises.
3.Every year, all colleagues participate in a joint evacuation safety drill.
Occupational Safety & Health Education and Training
1. Provide safety and health education and training for new or transitioning employees.
2. Provide legal education and training for personnel responsible for various safety, health, and special operations roles.
Health Check-up
1.New recruits are required to submit a physical examination form.
2.Conduct annual general health check-ups for on-duty staff.
Audit
Conduct ISO 45001 internal and external audits every year in the third quarter.
Group Insurance
We legally provide labor insurance and health insurance coverage, and offer complimentary group insurance and business travel accident insurance, ensuring peace of mind for our employees.
Preventive Care
1.The Occupational Safety and Health Department participates in the investigation of occupational accidents or incidents, devises measures for preventing recurrence, and maintains records.
2.The Occupational Safety and Health Department completes the "Occupational Accident Content and Statistics Form" reporting by the 10th of each month.
