AMobile and Polstar strategic cooperation

Amobile and Polstar Join Forces to Transform Local Logistics with Cutting-Edge Digital Solutions

For the first time, AMobile Solution Corp. has partnered with Polstar Technologies to jointly launch a localized logistics solution tailored for logistics operators worldwide.

In today's booming e-commerce era, smart retail, warehouse management, and logistics delivery components are closely interconnected. Operators strive to meet customers' last-minute demands by delivering products quickly.Once a customer orders online, the back-end fulfillment team is immediately activated. Using a 10-inch rugged tablet powered by AIoT technology, staff can quickly locate items on shelves and manage inventory through the built-in barcode scanner. The tablet also features a camera for taking photos to keep records, ensuring that every step of the shipping process is well -documented. If any issue arises, the source of the problem can be swiftly traced and corrected. This logistics-focused tablet digitizes workstation and forklift operations and minimizes data errors and operational disruptions. It enables automated tracking of goods from shelving to delivery, achieving true digital inventory management.

In the second logistics phase, the transportation process, AMobile’s 8-inch rugged vehicle-mounted tablet plays a key role. The device connects to various equipment and sensors, exchanging real-time data to ensure smooth operations from goods reception to transportation. Its durable design allows it to withstand harsh environments and rough handling, guaranteeing reliable performance. Through a device management system, businesses can remotely monitor and update systems, reducing downtime and lowering maintenance costs.

Moreover, Polstar's fleet navigation system can be installed on AMobile's logistics tablets, offering specialized solutions for different vehicle types, including trucks, cars, and motorcycles. For example, motorcycle navigation is especially crucial in Asia, where motorcycles are a primary tool for delivery. In Italy and Portugal, motorcycle usage for deliveries is also widespread, underscoring its importance in logistics and how localization is key to efficient operations.

Traditional electronic maps are typically designed for standard vehicles and do not provide the necessary information for trucks regarding height or weight restrictions, which can lead to trucks getting stuck in unsuitable areas. Polstar's navigation system, on the other hand, customizes the best routes for trucks based on their dimensions and characteristics, and it supports offline maps to ensure smooth navigation even in areas with poor signal coverage. The system also features real-time highway views, speed limit alerts, and speed camera warnings. Considering vehicle attributes and traffic regulations, it highlights potential route restrictions in advance using a color-coded four-tier display system. The system promptly suggests alternative routes in traffic accidents or congestion, enhancing driver safety and operational efficiency.

ARBOR, AMobile, and Polstar collaborate to address labor shortages in retail logistics, significantly boosting operational efficiency and delivering innovative solutions and breakthroughs to the industry.
